Host a Meeting or Event
All groups wishing to hold meetings, receptions, or special events in conjunction with the AAG Annual Meeting should complete the online Group Event Request Form.
Submission Deadline - February 26th
Submissions after this date, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
- The contact person listed on the form will be notified by the AAG of the date, time, and location of the event. The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date.
- Each group will be responsible for all fees for its event, including food, beverages, labor, audio/visual services, and decorations.
- Space is available April 7, 8:00 am through April 11, 5:00 pm.
- Room assignments will be sent 5-6 weeks after the submission deadline.
